After 14 years in the Salesforce world, I’d learned how to navigate these moments—how to lead teams through the chaos and come out on the other side with customers thrilled and projects completed.

But... not everyone is so lucky. You see, for every success I had, I saw plenty of others where the excitement quickly turned into panic. Imagine starting out full of hope and vision, only to have things spiral out of control. The excitement was gone, replaced by frustration.

And that’s when it hit me—I needed to do more! I knew I had something valuable to offer, something that could keep people from falling into the same traps I saw over and over.
